Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for web, API, and mobile applications
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and quality standards
- Write, execute, and maintain automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) tests
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects through their full lifecycle using tools such as Jira
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Perform root cause analysis on test failures and work with engineers to resolve issues
- Monitor test coverage metrics and continuously improve test quality and reliability
- Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and adherence to quality standards
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, documentation, and best practices across the engineering team
