Until December 31, 2026, ZetaBox offers its 2-day AI kickoff workshop for $0 instead of $2,900 to eligible companies. It is the first step of our AI transformation consulting service, and the right place to start if your team is curious about AI but has not yet decided what to build.
What the Workshop Includes
Day 1: AI initiation training, for your team. We explain what AI is, what language models do well and where they make mistakes, and the difference between a chat assistant, an assistant that searches your documents and an agent that acts in your systems. We also cover what these tools cost to run, and we show working examples.
Day 2: goals and scope, with your management and process owners. We go through your processes, find where time is lost, and agree on goals, the scope of an AI readiness assessment and how success will be measured.
At the end of day 2, you receive a written summary of the goals and scope, and a proposal for the assessment if you want to continue. There is no obligation to continue.
The workshop runs on site or remotely.
Who Can Apply
The offer is for companies that want to find out where AI fits in their operations. To keep the places for teams that can act on the results, these conditions apply:
- A decision-maker attends day 2. This is someone who can approve a budget for the next step, such as the CEO, the COO or a department head.
- One workshop per company. Several departments of the same company can attend the same workshop.
- A qualification call comes first. Before we confirm a date, we hold a 30-minute call to understand your company and your goals.
- On-site travel is billed at cost. The workshop is free when it runs remotely. For on-site sessions, we bill travel and accommodation at cost.

- Once the call confirms that the conditions are met, we confirm your workshop dates.
